Mulled Apple with Rosemary

Ingredients you'll need
- 8 apples
- A handful of rosemary
- 1 cinnamon stick
- A 50g bag of dates
- 2 star anise
Step by step this way

Roughly chop your apples. Put them through your juicer. Pour the juice in a pan with the rosemary, dates (de-stoned first) and spices. Simmer for 10 mins. Strain and sip up the warming goodness.

TIP: puree the strained out dates with a little honey or water to make a delicious puree to pair with yogurt or spread on toast.
