- 6 apples
- 1 quince
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- ½ tsp whole cloves
- A little honey or agave, to taste (optional)
Roughly chop your apples and quince. Feed through your juicer. Gently warm the juice in a pan with your spices. (You could add a little honey or agave if you have any.) Discard the spices before drinking.
Alternatively, enjoy the juice cold. Vigorously shake with the spices for 2 mins to infuse. Discard the spices before drinking.
