Minty Mango Charger

Charge your battery for the day with the tingle of mint, a fresh zing of lime and the sweetness of juicy, tropical mango, all swirled with cool almond milk and a fistful of fresh spinach.

Ingredients you'll need
- 1 mango
- 1 lime
- A handful of mint, leaves only
- A handful of coriander
- 300ml almond milk
- 50g baby leaf spinach

- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

Slice the fat cheeks off the mango stone, then slice off the thinner sides. Slice the flesh off the skin and add to your blender. Slice as much flesh off the stone as you can and add that too.

Slice the skin and white pith off the lime, then roughly chop the flesh and add it to the blender along with the mint leaves and the coriander (leaves and stalks).

Tuck in the baby leaf spinach, pour in 330ml almond milk, then add a few ice cubes. Blitz till smooth, and serve.
