- 1 pear
- 2 bananas
- 125g blueberries
- A handful of mint, leaves only
- 330ml almond milk
- A few ice cubes
Quarter the pear and slice out the cores. Roughly chop the pear and tip it into a blender. Peel the bananas and break them into chunks. Add to the blender. Tip in the blueberries
Pick the leaves off the mint sprigs and add them to the blender. Give the almond milk a good shake, then pour 330ml into the blender. Add a couple of ice cubes and blitz till smooth.
