Merry Berry Smoothie

Make merry with this fruity, deep purple smoothie that has a secret green heart. It’s made with a mix of blackberries and strawberry pouring yogurt, and a handful of fresh spinach leaves to keep you (dragon) fighting fit.

Ingredients you'll need
- 1 banana
- 125g blackberries
- 50g baby leaf spinach
- 250ml strawberry pouring yogurt
From your kitchen
- 150ml cold water
- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

Peel the banana and break it into your blender. Tip in the blackberries and tuck the baby leaf spinach in too.

Pour in 250ml of the strawberry pouring yogurt (approximately half the bottle – save the other half for your Summer Cup Smoothie).
- 3.
Add 150ml cold water and a few ice cubes and blitz for 1-2 mins till combined. Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve.
