Ingredients you'll need
  • 1 pear
  • 1 melon
  • 50g watercress

  • 250-500ml cold water

    Peel, core and chop the pear. Halve the melon and scoop out the seeds. Cut it into wedges and slice off the skin. Chop into chunks. Add to a blender with the pear and watercress. Add 250-500ml water depending on how thick you prefer it. Blend till smooth.
