Maple Fig Shake

Ingredients you'll need
- 200g figs
- 2 bananas
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
From your kitchen
- 150ml cold water
- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

Trim the woody tops off the figs and cut the figs into quarters. Add the figs to your blender. Peel and break in the bananas. Add 1 tbsp each peanut butter and maple syrup.

Pour in 150ml cold water and add a handful of ice cubes. Blend, have a taste and add more maple syrup if you think it needs it. Pour into glasses and serve.
