Mango Lime Twist

Ingredients you'll need
  • 1 mango
  • 1 lime
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 250ml coconut drink
From your kitchen
  • A handful of ice cubes

Step by step this way

    Slice the fat cheeks off the mango stone, then slice the thinner sides off the stone. Cut the mango flesh off the skin and add it to the blender. Trim as much flesh off the mango stone as you can and add that to the blender too.

    Grate in the lime zest and squeeze in the juice from 1 half. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper (cayenne is hot, so add as much or little as you’d like, depending on how spicy you like things).

    Pour the coconut drink into the blender and add a handful of ice cubes. Whizz till smooth, then pour into glasses and serve topped with an extra pinch of cayenne, if you like.
