Mango, Lemon & Cayenne Charger

Ingredients you'll need
- 1 mango
- 1 lemon
- 50g baby leaf spinach
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- 330ml almond milk

Step by step this way

Peel the mango then cut away the flesh from the stone. Juice the lemon. Place the mango and lemon juice in your blender and tuck in the baby leaf spinach. Add a small pinch of cayenne – it’s spicy, so just use a little pinch to start with.

Give the almond milk a careful shake, then pour in 330ml. Add a few ice cubes and blitz for a few mins to make a smooth and combined drink. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
