Mango & Coconut Smoothie
You put the mango with the coconut and mix it all up. With cucumber and lime too. A brilliant excuse to pretend you’re on a tropical island.

Ingredients you'll need
- 1 mango
- 1 lime
- 1 cucumber
- A 200ml tin of coconut milk
Step by step this way

Peel your mango. Cut the flesh away from the stone. Zest and juice the lime. Chop the cucumber into chunks. Chuck it all into a high speed blender with the coconut milk and a cup of ice. Blitz till smooth. Or, feed the mango and cucumber chunks through your juicer. Swirl the coconut milk and lime juice through at the end.
