Mango & Coconut Smash

Taste the tropics by sipping away on this smoothie of ripe, juicy mango is whizzed with rich coconut cream, nutty hemp seeds and a squeeze of lime. Add a splash of dairy free hazelnut drink and you’ve smashed it.

Ingredients you'll need
- 50g coconut cream
- 1 mango
- 15g hemp seeds
- 1 lime
- 330ml hazelnut milk

- A few ice cubes
- 3 tbsp boiling water
Step by step this way

Crumble the coconut cream into a heatproof bowl. Add 3 tbsp boiling water and stir till the coconut cream is smooth. Tip it into your blender.

Slice the fat cheeks off the mango stone, then slice the thinner sides off the stone. Slice the flesh off the skin and pop it into the blender. Slice as much mango flesh off the stone as you can. Add that too.

Shake in the hemp seeds. Grate in the lime zest and squeeze in the juice from 1 half. Pour in 330ml hazelnut drink and add a handful of ice cubes. Blend, have a taste and add more lime juice if needed. Pour into a couple of glasses and serve.
