Peel your mango. Cut the flesh away from the stone. Zest and juice the lime. Chop the cucumber into chunks. Chuck it all into a high speed blender with the coconut milk and a cup of ice. Blitz till smooth. Or, feed the mango and cucumber chunks through your juicer. Swirl the coconut milk and lime juice through at the end.
Top banana We have popped a banana in your box. If your mango is a little firm, place it in a bag with the banana and it should ripen up in a few days. Chop the banana and add to your smoothie if you like.
