- 1 mango
- 1 lime
- 1 cucumber
- 200ml coconut milk
Peel your mango. Cut the flesh away from the stone. Zest and juice the lime. Chop the cucumber into chunks. Chuck it all into a high speed blender with the coconut milk and a cup of ice. Blitz till smooth. Or, feed the mango and cucumber chunks through your juicer. Swirl the coconut milk and lime juice through at the end.
We have popped a banana in your box. If your mango is a little firm, place it in a bag with the banana and it should ripen up in a few days. Chop the banana and add to your smoothie if you like.
