Ingredients you'll need
  • 1 mango
  • 2 avocados
  • A large handful of flat leaf parsley
Step by step this way

    Peel your mango and cut the flesh from the stone. Halve the avocados and scoop out the flesh. Discard the stones. Pop it all in a blender with the parsley leaves and stalks. Whizz with 200ml ice cold water. Serve in a bowl. Top with your favourite fresh fruit, nuts and seed to make it extra filling.
