Mamma Mia Mango Smoothie

A totally tropical green smoothie that will make all others green with envy. It packs a powerful punch of spinach, mango, coconut milk and hints of mint and ginger.

Ingredients you'll need
- 1 mango
- A thumb of ginger
- 100g baby leaf spinach
- A handful of mint, leaves only
- 200ml coconut milk
Step by step this way

Peel the mango and chop all the flesh away from the stone. Peel the ginger. Add them to a high speed blender with the spinach, mint leaves and coconut milk. Blitz till smooth, adding iced water to reach your desired consistency.

Nutritional tip: Spinach is particularly high in vitamin K, which is an important nutrient for good bone health.

Tango with a mango
We've sent you a banana to help you ripen your mango. Pop them both in a paper bag or in a fruit bowl and leave on sunny windowsill and they'll ripen together. You can add the banana to the smoothie too (this will affect the calories and nutritional information).
