Peel the mango and slice the flesh off the stone. Discard the stone. Peel the lemon and halve it. Flick out any pips.
Add the mango and lemon flesh to a blender. Add the spinach and a small pinch of cayenne. Take care – the cayenne is very spicy. Pour in 330ml almond milk. Add a large cupful of ice. Blend till smooth and creamy.
Mango a little hard? Pop it in a paper bag with one of the bananas we’ve sent you and it will help ripen the mango. You can make the smoothie with the mango if it is still firm.
