- 1 mango
- 1 lemon
- A small pinch of cayenne pepper
- 330ml almond milk
- 100g baby leaf spinach
- A large cupful of ice
Peel the mango and slice the flesh off the stone. Discard the stone. Peel the lemon and halve it. Flick out any pips.
Add the mango and lemon flesh to a blender. Add the spinach and a small pinch of cayenne. Take care – the cayenne is very spicy. Pour in 330ml almond milk. Add a large cupful of ice. Blend till smooth and creamy.
