- A 100g bag of Brussels sprouts
- A thumb of ginger
- 1 lemon

Roughly chop everything and feed it through your juicer. For a punchier flavour and healthier boost, feed the lemon (skin and all) through with everything. Or, just add the zest and/or juice at the end, to taste.
