Kiwi Breakfast Smoothie

Some of our favourite breakfast bowl staples – organic oats, banana, crunchy pumpkin seeds and crisp wedges of apple – mix it up in your blender with dairy free oat drink and a smoothie star turn from sweet, juicy kiwi fruit.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 4 kiwi fruit
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 20g oats
  • 25g pumpkin seeds
  • 330ml oat drink
From your kitchen
  • A few ice cubes
You'll need
  • Blender
  • Measuring jug
Step by step this way

    Halve the kiwi fruit and scoop the flesh out of the skins into your blender. Peel and break in the banana. Cut the apple into quarters and slice out the core. Add the apple quarters to the blender. Tip in the oats and pumpkin seeds.

    Swirl in 330ml oat drink (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies). Add a handful of ice cubes and blitz till smooth. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve.
