Ingredients you'll need
- 1 avocado
- A thumb of ginger
- Flat leaf parsley
- 500ml kefir

- A cupful of ice
Step by step this way

Halve the avocado and scoop out the flesh into your blender. Grate the ginger. Add it to the blender along with the parsley leaves and stalks. Tip in a cupful of ice. Pour over the kefir and blitz together till smooth.
