Kale & Tahini Smoothie

Ingredients you'll need
  • 2 apples
  • 2 bananas
  • A 200g bag of kale
  • 2 tbsp tahini
Step by step this way

    Peel, core and chop the apples. Peel and slice the bananas. Strip the leaves from the tough woody stems of the kale. Pop the apples, bananas and kale leaves in a high speed blender with the tahini and 1-2 cups of water. Blitz till smooth.
