Ingredients you'll need
  • 500g beetroot
  • 3 carrots
  • A thumb of ginger
  • A slice of chilli
Step by step this way

    Scrub the beetroot and carrots and feed through your juicer.

    Feed the unpeeled ginger through, along with a slice (or more) of the chilli. Use as much as you dare!

    Beet the bloat
    Beetroot can be very potent in a juice, so if you're not used to beetroot juices then drink this one slowly.
