- 500g beetroot
- 3 carrots
- A thumb of ginger
- A slice of chilli
Scrub the beetroot and carrots and feed through your juicer.
Feed the unpeeled ginger through, along with a slice (or more) of the chilli. Use as much as you dare!
Beet the bloat
