Ingredients you'll need
- 1 lime
- 6 apples
- A 225g punnet of jostaberries
- A handful of mint
Step by step this way

Zest the lime and juice it. Peel the apples for a less frothy juice. Pop them through the juicer alternating with a handful of jostaberries and mint sprigs. Stir through the lime juice and top with a little lime zest to serve.
