Iced Coconut & Courgette Smoothie

Ingredients you'll need
- 100g kale
- 2 apples
- 2 courgettes
- 400ml coconut milk
From your kitchen
- A cupful of ice
Step by step this way

Strip the soft leaves from the kale cores. Discard the cores. Finely chop the leaves. Quarter the apples and slice out the core. Roughly chop them. Trim the courgettes and chop into small chunks.

Add everything to your blender with the coconut milk and a cupful of ice. Blend till smooth.
