- 4 bananas
- 40g peanut butter
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- ½ nutmeg
1. Peel and chop the bananas into small chunks. Place in a high speed blender with the peanut butter, 2 tsp cocoa and a few gratings of nutmeg. 2. Whizz till smooth with a couple of cups of ice. Pour into tall glasses and top with a little more grated nutmeg.
Bananas and peanut butter provide lots of energy.
