I Could Give a Honeyed Fig

Sip your cares away with this creamy concoction of soft summer figs glossed with golden honey and blended with velvety banana, rich, tangy yogurt and a fragrant pinch of fresh thyme – may or may not pour easily into a champagne flute.

Ingredients you'll need
- 200g figs
- 1 banana
- A handful of thyme, leaves only
- 150g yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
From your kitchen
- 100ml cold water
- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

Trim the tops off the figs. Slice the figs into quarters and add them to the blender. Peel the banana and break it in. Pick the thyme leaves off their the woody stalks and add the leaves to the blender.

Spoon the yogurt into the blender with 1 tbsp honey. Pour in 100ml cold water and add a handful of ice cubes. Whizz till smooth, taste and add more honey if you’d like a bit of extra sweetness. Pour into glasses and serve.
