Ingredients you'll need
- 100g kale
- 2 bananas
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 250ml coconut water

- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

Trim any woody stalks away from the kale. Roughly chop the leaves and add to your blender. Peel the bananas and break them in. Add 1 tbsp of the peanut butter.

Pour 250ml coconut water into the blender and scatter in a handful of ice cubes. Blitz, trickling in a little cold water if you prefer a less thick smoothie, then pour into glasses and serve.
