Quarter the pears and slice out the cores. Add the pears to your blender. Strip the kale leaves from their woody stalks (discard the stalks). Roughly chop the leaves and add the blender.
Peel the banana and break it in. Use your thumb to crush the Medjool dates and squeeze out the stones. Roughly chop the dates and add them to the blender.
Pour most of the sesame seeds into the blender. Top up with 330ml Dairy Free Whole Mylk (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies). Add a handful of ice cubes and blend. Pour into glasses and top with the remaining sesame seeds.
