Green Machine Smoothie

This refreshing green smoothie will put some pep in your step. Fiery ginger, earthy celery and sweet apple are blended with baby leaf spinach and almond drink to create a smooth breakfast drink that's full of warm flavours.

Ingredients you'll need
- 250g apples
- A thumb of ginger
- 2 celery sticks
- 100g baby leaf spinach
- 500ml almond drink with oats
Step by step this way
- 1.
Slice the apples into quarters. Cut out the cores, then add the apples to your blender.
- 2.
Peel the ginger and grate it into the blender. Roughly chop the celery sticks and add them to the blender along with the baby leaf spinach.
- 3.
Pour in 500ml almond and oat drink and add a handul of ice cubes. Whizz till smooth, then pour into 2 large glasses and serve.
