- 1 avocado
- 1 lemon
- 2 large handfuls of baby leaf spinach
Halve your avocado and scoop out the flesh, removing the stone. Zest and juice your lemon. Add both into a high speed blender with the spinach and 1 glass of ice cold water. Blitz.
Avocado a little firm? Pop in a paper bag with a banana and it will ripen up in a day or two.
