Ingredients you'll need
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • 1 avocado
  • 100g baby leaf spinach
  • 250ml coconut water

  • A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

    Roughly chop the cucumber. Quarter the apple and slice out and discard the core. Roughly chop the apple. Halve the avocado and scoop out the flesh, discarding the stone.

    Add everything to the blender along with the baby leaf spinach. Slosh in the pink coconut water and add some ice. Whizz for at least 1 min, till smooth.
