Green & Groovy Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients you'll need
- 2 kiwi fruit
- 1 banana
- 2 oranges
- 50g baby leaf spinach
- 250ml full cream milk

- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

Halve the kiwi fruit, scoop out the flesh and add it to a blender. Peel and break the banana in. Slice the skin and white pith off the oranges, then use a small knife to slice the flesh out of the membrane. Add the orange flesh to the blender and squeeze them membrane over the top to squeeze in any juice.

Pour in the milk. Add a few ice cubes. Blitz for a couple of mins till smooth and combined. Serve straight away.
