Ingredients you'll need
- 1 banana
- 1 courgette
- 1 cm slice of ginger
- 50g baby leaf spinach
- 330ml oat drink

- A few ice cubes

Step by step this way

Peel and break the banana into your blender. Trim the ends from the courgette and roughly chop. Add to your blender. Cut a 1 cm slice from your thumb of ginger and add that (no need to peel).

Tuck the baby leaf spinach leaves into the blender and pour in 330ml oat drink (save the rest of your other smoothies this week). Add a few ice cubes then whizz till cool and green.
