Ingredients you'll need
  • 4 kiwis
  • 50g baby leaf spinach
  • 1 tsp maca root powder
  • 250ml almond milk
From your kitchen
  • A few ice cubes

Step by step this way
  • 1.

    Halve the kiwi fruit and scoop the flesh into your blender. Add the baby spinach leaves and 1 tsp maca root powder.

    Pour in the almond drink and add a few ice cubes. Blitz till smooth and green, pour into a couple of glasses and serve.

    Maca root, sometimes called Peruvian ginseng, is native to the Andes Mountains and looks a bit like a long skinny turnip. In its dried, powdered form, it has an earthy nuttiness to it.
