Cut the ends from the pineapple and carve away the skin. Chop the pineapple into small pieces. (If making 1 smoothie, only use half – this will still make a generous portion. See our tip below). Peel the cucumber (the skin can be bitter) and chop the cucumber. Slice the celery. Chop the turmeric. Zest and juice the orange.
Add everything to the blender with a cupful of ice and blitz, trickling in 100-300ml water if you like, to reach your desired consistency.
