Golden Mango Colada

Sweet, fragrant mango is blended with earthy, spicy turmeric, fresh mint and our favourite pink coconut water. Fill your glass with a taste of the tropics on a chilly winter’s day.

Ingredients you'll need
- 1 mango
- A handful of mint, leaves only
- A thumb of turmeric
- 35g cashews
- 500ml coconut water
From your kitchen
- Cupful of ice
Step by step this way

Peel and carve the flesh away from the mango. Place the flesh into the blender with the mint leaves, turmeric and cashews. Pour in the coconut water and add a cupful of ice. Blend till smooth.

Mango a little firm? Pop it in paper bag with the banana and it will ripen up in a few days. Chop it up and add to your smoothie if you like.
