Ingredients you'll need
  • 400g plums
  • 1 banana
  • 1cm slice of ginger
  • 330ml ultimate almond drink
From your kitchen
  • A few ice cubes

Step by step this way

    Slice the plum flesh off the stones. Pop the plums into your blender. Peel and break in the banana. Add a slice of ginger (no need to peel unless you want to).

    Pour in 330ml Ultimate Almond drink (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies) and add a few ice cubes. Blend till smooth and pink. Taste and add a little more ginger if you think it needs it, then blend again. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
