It doesn’t get much more seasonal than gingerbread in a glass – all the sweetness of bananas and raisins with the spiciness of ginger and cinnamon, but deliciously dairy (and guilt) free.

Ingredients you'll need
- 2 bananas
- 330ml almond milk
- A thumb of ginger
- 50g raisins
- A pinch of cinnamon
From your kitchen
- A cupful of ice
Step by step this way
Peel and chop the bananas (freeze them if you have time). Chop the ginger. Add everthing to your blender with a pinch of cinnamon and a large cupful of ice.
Blend till smooth and creamy. Finish with another tiny pinch of cinnamon on top.
