Ginger & Spinach Zinger

Ingredients you'll need
  • 2 bananas
  • 1cm slice of ginger
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 100g baby leaf spinach
  • 300ml maple water

  • A cupful of ice
Step by step this way

    Peel and chop the bananas. Pop them in your blender. Add a 1cm slice of ginger (or more if you want an extra warming hit of ginger in your smoothie). Zest and juice in half the lemon.

    Add 1 tbsp tahini, the spinach, 300ml of the maple water and some ice. Blitz till smooth. Taste and add more lemon or tahini if you like.
