Ginger & Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients you'll need
- 4 kiwi fruit
- 2 pears
- 1cm slice of ginger
- 100g baby leaf spinach
- 250ml coconut water

- A cupful of ice
Step by step this way

Halve the kiwis. Using a teaspoon, scoop out the flesh in the same way you would with a boiled egg. Quarter the pears and slice out the cores. Roughly chop them. Peel and thinly slice the ginger. Roughly chop the spinach.

Add everything to the blender with the coconut water and a cupful of ice. Blitz till smooth and green. Whizz in more ginger if you like.
