Ginger & Cacao Banana Crunch

A real softy of smoothie – with a crunchy edge. Velvety bananas are blitzed with a splash of milk, a pinch of ground ginger, a dash of raw cacao nibs and crackly grains of Demerara sugar to crunch on.

Ingredients you'll need
- 3 bananas
- A pinch of ginger
- 1 tsp cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp demerara sugar
- 250ml full cream milk
From your kitchen
- A handful of ice cubes
Step by step this way

Peel the bananas and break them into your blender. Add a pinch of ginger, 1 tsp raw cacao nibs and 1 tbsp Demerara sugar.

Pour in 250ml full cream milk (save the rest of the milk for your Pear & Raspberry Porridge Smoothie) and add a handful of ice cubes. Give everything a good whizz, pour into a couple of glasses and serve.
