Ingredients you'll need
- A handful of flat leaf parsley
- 1 lettuce
- 600g carrots
Step by step this way

Tuck the parsley sprigs between the lettuce leaves. This will extract more flavour from the herb.

Feed through the juicer, alternating with carrots. Serve over ice.
