Fiery Ginger & Carrot Shake

Sometimes we like to go a little matchy-matchy with our smoothie ingredients, so we’ve paired sweet carrots with juicy oranges and spicy ginger to make a sunshine-coloured shake, whizzed with dairy-free mylk for creaminess.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 5 carrots
  • A thumb of ginger
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 banana
  • 330ml Dairy Free Whole Mylk
From your kitchen
  • A few ice cubes
You'll need
  • Vegetable peeler
  • Blender
Step by step this way

    Peel the carrots and chop them into small pieces. Tumble the carrots into your blender. Peel the ginger and grate it in. Squeeze in the juice from both oranges. Peel the banana and break it into the blender.

    Pour in 330ml Dairy Free Whole Mylk (saving the rest for the other smoothie recipes). Add a handful of ice cubes and whizz. Pour into a couple of glasses to serve.
