Peel the carrots and chop them into small pieces. Tumble the carrots into your blender. Peel the ginger and grate it in. Squeeze in the juice from both oranges. Peel the banana and break it into the blender.
Pour in 330ml Dairy Free Whole Mylk (saving the rest for the other smoothie recipes). Add a handful of ice cubes and whizz. Pour into a couple of glasses to serve.
