Easter Greens Mint Choc Chip Twist

It wouldn’t be Easter without chocolate, so we’ve added a big handful of crunchy raw cacao nibs to this creamy green shake made with avocado, baby leaf spinach and fresh mint, whizzed with sweet banana and tiger nut drink.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • A handful of mint, leaves only
  • 1 tsp raw cacoa nibs
  • 50g baby leaf spinach
  • 330ml tiger nut drink

  • A few ice cubes

  • Blender
  • Measuring jug
Step by step this way

    Halve the avocado and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Discard the stone and skin and add the creamy green flesh to your blender.

    Peel the banana and break it in. Roughly chop the mint leaves and add those. Tip in the cacao nibs. Tuck in the baby spinach leaves.

    Pour in 330ml tiger nut drink (save the rest for your other smoothies this week) and add a few ice cubes. Blend till green and creamy.
