Easter Basket Berry Crumble

Blenders are like Easter baskets (stay with us), in that they can both be filled with sweet, colourful treats – in this case we’re talking fresh raspberries and apples, nutty cashews and oats, beautifully blitzed with a pinch of cinnamon.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 2 apples
  • 125g raspberries
  • 35g cashews
  • 20g oats
  • A pinch or two of cinnamon
  • 330ml tiger nut drink
From your kitchen
  • A few ice cubes

Step by step this way
  • 1.

    Quarter the apples and slice out the cores. Roughly chop them and add to your blender. Tip in the raspberries, oats and cashews. Add a pinch or 2 of cinnamon.

    Pour 330ml tiger nut drink into the blender (save the rest for your other smoothies) and add a few ice cubes. Whizz till smooth. Pour into glasses and top with a pinch of cinnamon to serve.
