Date with a Nutty Banana Shake

It’s a date – Medjool dates that is. Blitz moreish Medjools, velvety bananas and rich cashews together with a few sweet pinches of cinnamon and swirl of creamy kefir for a shake you could go nuts – or even bananas – for.

Ingredients you'll need
- 2 Medjool dates
- 2 bananas
- 35g cashews
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 247ml kefir
From your kitchen
- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

Pop the stones out of the dates and add the dates to the blender. Peel and break in the bananas. Tip in the cashews and add 1/2 tsp cinnamon.

Pour in the kefir and add a few ice cubes. Blitz till smooth and combined. Pour into 2 glasses and dust the tops with a little more cinnamon if you like before serving.
