Ingredients you'll need
- 4 apples
- 50g dried, pitted dates
- 1 celery stick
- 40g peanut butter
- 500ml full cream milk

- A cupful of ice
Step by step this way

Quarter the apples and slice out the cores. Chop into small chunks. Halve the dates. Chop the celery. Place the apples, dates and celery into a blender.

Squeeze in the peanut butter and pour in the milk. Add a cupful of ice and blend till smooth.
