Ingredients you'll need
  • 125g redcurrants
  • 1 banana
  • 4 plums
  • 330ml almond milk
From your kitchen
  • A few ice cubes
Step by step this way
  • 1.

    Pick the currants off their stalks and tip them into your blender. Peel and break in the banana. Slice the plums off their stones, roughly chop the flesh and add to the blender.

    Pour in 330ml of the almond milk, add a few ice cubes and blitz for a few mins till smooth. Serve straight away.
