Ingredients you'll need
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 courgette
  • 1 lime
  • 300ml maple water
From your kitchen
  • A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

    Halve the avocado and remove the stone. Scoop the flesh into your blender. Trim and coarsely grate the courgette and add to the avocado. Zest and juice in the lime.

    Pour in 300ml maple water and add a few ice cubes. Whizz together till smooth and creamy.
