Peel your lemon. Pop everything through the juicer except the avocado. Peel and de-stone the avocado. Pop the avocado and juice into a high speed blender and blitz until smooth. Drink up.
If you like, you can feed the flesh from your avocado (and your lemon if you peel it first) through your juicer, but some of its creaminess will get wasted as pulp.
*Keep your avocado in a paper bag for a day or two and it should ripen just nicely. Stick a banana in the bag with it and it’ll ripen even faster.
