Sweet tropical mango, refreshing mini cuke, sunny turmeric and a one-two punch of coconuttiness makes for a smoothie so golden and and sippable, it’ll transport you to a sunset on the beach.

Ingredients you'll need
- 1 mango
- 1 mini cucumber
- A thumb of turmeric
- 10g coconut oil
- 15g coconut flakes
- 330ml brown rice drink

- A few ice cubes

Step by step this way
- 1.
Peel the mango and cut the flesh off the stone. Pop the mango flesh into your blender. Roughly chop the mini cucumber and add that too.

Slice the turmeric (see our tip for stain-free turmeric prep) and pop it into the blender. Tip in the coconut oil and coconut flakes.
- 3.
Pour 330ml brown rice drink into the blender (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies) and add a few ice cubes. Blitz till smooth and golden.
