A smooth summertime sipper made with creamy dairy-free coconut yogurt, juicy orange and soft courgette whizzed with nutty maca root powder and tender baby leaf spinach.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 1 courgette
  • 1 apple
  • 50g baby leaf spinach
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tsp maca root powder
  • 125g dairy free mylk yogurt
From your kitchen
  • 100ml ice cold water
  • A few ice cubes

Step by step this way

    Trim and roughly chop the courgette. Quarter the apple and slice out the core. Roughly chop the apple and add it to the blender with the baby spinach leaves. Halve the orange and squeeze in the juice.

    Tip in 1 tsp maca root powder and dollop in the coconut yogurt. Trickle in 100ml ice-cold water and add a few ice cubes. Whizz till smooth, adding a little more water if you like.
