Coco Kale

Ingredients you'll need
- 100g kale
- 125g coconut yogurt
- 1 lime
- 2 celery sticks
- 1 cucumber
From your kitchen
- A cupful of ice
- Iced wtaer (optional)
Step by step this way
- 1.
Strip the leaves from the kale and finely chop them. Zest the lime and slice the white pith from the lime. Chop the celery sticks and cucumber.

Pop the kale leaves, lime zest and flesh, celery and cucumber into the blender. Add the coconut yogurt and a cupful of ice. Blend, adding a little ice-cold water to achieve your desired consistency.
